Hey everyone!
The Live Discover Explore Blog is officially back!
We had a few life changing events take place. Yes, our lives have TREMENDOUSLY changed. However, the outcome is a precious miracle of life.
Here is what changed:
1. We moved to a a different home since my last post...well, first post. We had a huge life change. Issues with the people we were renting from arose. Our electricity kept going off and turning back on, but the landlords refused to fix it. Talk about fire hazard with a 5 year old.
2. Edgarin graduated Kindergarten and began First grade. We homeschool so this was a huge step for us all.
3. We welcomed a baby cat into our home. He is now Edgarin's pet. It was difficult at first since he is our son's very first pet, but it has worked out so far.
4. A new soul came into our lives a bit earlier than expected. IT'S A BOY!!! Our new son decided I needed an emergency C-section 5 weeks before the due date. He spent the first two weeks of his life in the NICU. We went to see him every single day as well. Now we're back home and have recovered.
So, that is what we have been up to. I am super blessed to have a supportive husband and understanding child (mostly). Our oldest became a bit jealous the first weeks home. I hear that's pretty normal, but it sure was extremely exhausting!
I know you probably want to know what this blog is all about. Am I right? I hope so. I can't really read minds. At least not yet.
